Uno de los propósitos es la reestructuración del PARQUE TEMÁTICO “El MUNDO MAGICO DE PALUWALA”, proyecto que está pensado para reproducir la FELICIDAD, además fortalece la generación de conocimiento, el sentido de pertenencia, del arraigo, el rescate, fortalecimiento y conservación de la identidad cultural, social, ambiental, económica y de turismo sostenible, para lo cual  estamos aprovechando la escala de trabajo de la cuenca  “Quebrada Quigua”.
